I'm Irene, born in Northern Italy but based in Florence for over fifteen years. I have always worked closely with people, and this has shaped my path, leading me to turn my passion for cooking into my profession.
Wine has always been a strong passion of mine, which led me to want to become a sommelier, allowing me to share it in a more meaningful way.
I work with both traditional Italian cuisine and international influences, aiming to bring my values into everything I do, using the direct language of the senses to create an immediate and authentic connection between people, culture, and territory. My approach also embraces vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free preparations, allowing me to offer thoughtful and inclusive dining experiences tailored to a wide range of dietary preferences and requirements.
